With overseas property this should be no different. However, as we often organise viewings in the UK around our own work and social lives, it can be a slightly more difficult process overseas. There are often lengthy travel times to take into consideration, potential language barriers and the need to find properties in countries when you’re unfamiliar with areas and locations.
