After purchasing your home in the sun, it’s important to make sure every aspect of your property is taken care of, especially if you’re not planning to live there permanently. That’s why here at Sequre International, we offer a first-class property management and key holding service, ensuring you have peace of mind that your home is in safe hands at all times.

Our property management service guarantees that your property receives the best care and attention. 


Operated by our dedicated aftersales team on the Costa Blanca, our management service is an
annual fee of just EUR 375 +IVA and covers:

Secure key holding at our office in Campoamor

We’ll act as a keyholder to ensure your keys and property are kept safe and secure whilst you’re not in Spain. We’ll also be a dedicated pick up point for any friends/family/visitors who will need keys to gain entry to your property.

Monthly property inspections

Our inspections give you reassurance that your property continues to be safe and secure whilst it’s not occupied. In the unlikely event that there are any issues, we’ll provide photographic evidence and work to get any problems resolved on your behalf.

A dedicated point of contact for any issues

Sometimes emergency’s happen – whether you’ve lost your keys or the air conditioning has failed. Our team will act as your dedicated point of contact which is a valuable resource, particularly if you’re out of the country.

Pest and vermin checks

Pests occasionally take residence in unoccupied properties and if left undetected, can cause a considerable amount of damage. Our regular checks will enable us to spot signs of any pests and report back to you with a plan of action.

Property condition reporting

We won’t just inspect your property internally, we’ll also ensure that we report back to you on any external conditions that need rectifying. This also includes checking on your property after extreme weather conditions.

First hour attendance for any delivery or tradesmen

Whether you’re having furniture delivered or a handyman visit, we’ll be at your property to let them in. We’ll stay with them for up to an hour to ensure your property is occupied whilst deliveries are made or work is carried out.

Provision of estimates

In the event that any work needs to be carried out to your property, we’ll obtain estimates from several sources. This saves you valuable time and we can often negotiate reduced rates with key suppliers we regularly work with.

Mailbox monitoring

A full mailbox is clear sign that your property is unoccupied, this is why our team will regularly monitor it on your behalf. This ensures that your post doesn’t build up and there aren’t any indications that your property is empty.

Emergency and non-emergency call out service during office hours

We’ll act as a point of contact for any emergency call-outs such as smashed windows, flooding and other issues that require urgent attention. This eliminates the need for you to rush back to your property and deal with the situation.
