Life In Spain With The Duttons

The Dutton's recently bought their forever home in Spain with Sequre and we've had a quick chat with them to find out what life is like on the Costa Blanca and how their experience with Sequre was.

We did a lot of research online and came across Sequre. Someone from the Manchester office then called us after we enquired and asked us lots of questions about what we were looking for. We came for a holiday in April 2017 and whilst there met Cheryl who showed us around some properties, one of which we fell in love with and ticked a lot of our boxes. 

Sequre were fantastic throughout the whole process. The aftersales service they offer has been a fantastic benefit to us and has been so important too. We knew that whatever we needed, Sequre would be there for us, even now months after we've bought our property. We still pop in to see the team every now and again which is so nice. They are always happy to help with anything and they're so professional in everything they do. 

We knew we didn't want to live somewhere that was full of apartments or that was a hotspot for tourists and holidaymakers. We viewed some lovely properties along the beach but they just weren't for us as they can get very busy during the summer months. We live in an area called Los Dolses which is perfect for us as it's only around 10 minutes from the coast.

We live here permanently now so there are no plans to rent it out. We've done some modernisation such as installing new air con and having a new bathroom fitted, but this is our forever home now. 

Brilliant, we certainly wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
