We are a team of experts with unrivalled knowledge of the property market. The appetite for overseas property is growing stronger by the day and our unique knowledge and experience of the international market ensures that we deliver outstanding service to individuals who are searching for their perfect property in the sun.
Sequre International initially launched due to the number of overseas enquiries that our sister company, Sequre Property Investment, was receiving on a daily basis. The demand for overseas property has led to a rapid expansion of our team and we now have offices in Manchester, London, Liverpool and dedicated teams on the ground in Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol, Spain.
Our solid relationships with developers, house builders, banks and receivers enables us to offer our clients high quality, discounted property in beautiful locations that are high in demand. Many properties are also exclusive to Sequre and are not available elsewhere.
Our people
Sequre’s property consultants have a strong knowledge of the international market and decades of experience in the industry. With a core base in the UK and an international team on the ground in our top destinations, we also work alongside reputable solicitors, mortgage advisors and letting agents to ensure we provide our clients with a unique end-to-end service.
Many of our overseas consultants are multi-lingual and have lived abroad for several years resulting in them being well placed to advise on the best locations and property types and talk you through the process of and legalities involved with purchasing a home abroad. Our flexible, no pressure approach is what makes us unique; we adapt our service around your needs and offer free one-to-one consultations at any of our offices. Our team are always on hand to help and can organise viewing trips, meetings with mortgage advisers, furniture suppliers and legal advisers to help your property search go as smoothly as possible.
